Syntes de smakte krydrete og fint, kanskje litt muffins for voksne, spesielt hvis man bare har litt melisdryss på.<br />
Vi lagde også noen med melisglasur, de faller sikkert bedre i smak hos barna. Da kan man farge melisen rød og grønn og sprøyte på mønster, og gjøre de akkurat så "julete" man bare vil. Kan også pyntes med marsipanfigurer som nisser, juletre, julekuler etc. Fantasien setter grensene :)<br />

Jeg fikk det ærefulle oppdrag å bake kake, og ble ganske glad når de skulle ha litt lilla pynt ;) Nederste kaka er red velvet med ostekrem og den øverste er sukkerbunn med sjokoladefyll. Varm ovnen til 165 C. Smør formene du skal bruke, evt legg bakepapir i bunnen og langs sidene. Jeg brukte ei kvadratisk form, ca 22cm. Fylte dessuten 12 muffinsformer med 50g fyll i hver.<br />
Bland smør og sukker til en kremete konsistens, ha så i ett og ett egg. <br />
Ha så i vaniljeessensen.<br />
Bland mel, bakepulver og natron. Ha i melblandingen i smørblandingen og mix godt. Ha så i rømme. Mix for å være sikker på at det ikke er noen klumper i deigen :) <span class="plaincharacterwrap break"></span><br />
Stekes altså på 165 C i ca 45-60 minutter, pass på om du har mindre former.<br />
Sjekk med en tannpirker i tre eller grillpinner om den er ferdig. <br />

Doblet oppskrifta og fikk da bakt en 22cm, en 10cm og 13 muffins à 50g. <div style="text-align: center;"><strong>Fremgangsmåte:</strong></div><ul><li>Sett ovnen på 175 gr</li>
<li>Smør/kle 2 former med bakepapir. </li>
<li>Rør smør til hvitt, tilsett sukker og rør godt sammen (mikser)</li>
<li>Ha i ett egg om gangen, visp godt. Tilsett vanilje essens</li>
<li>Bland sammen mel, salt og kakao i en egen bolle</li>
<li>Mål opp kefir og bland i rødfarge</li>
<li>Ha oppi det tørre og kefiren annenhver gang i smør/sukker blandingen, start og avslutt med det tørre</li>
<li>Bland sammen natron og hvitvins eddik i en liten kopp så det bruser. Vend det forsiktig og raskt inni røren</li>
<li>Fordel røren raskt i de 2 formene</li>
<li>Stekes i 25-30 min, 175 grader</li>
<li>La stå i 10 min før de taes utav formen. Avkjøl på rist</li>
<li>Når bunnene er avkjølt pakkes de inn i plast og settes i kjøleskapet i minst 1 time gjerne natten over.</li>
</ul><div style="text-align: center;">Det er andre gangen jeg prøver denne kaka, og denne gangen delte jeg ikke røra i to, men hadde alt i forma med en gang. Den stekte da i 68min, og etter ca. 30min satte jeg ned temperaturen til 150grader. Muffinsene stekte jeg i ca.22 min. 10cm-kaka tok jeg ikke tiden på, men brukte litt lengre tid enn muffinsene. For jeg skal bestandig starte med aviskurven...Og der ligger det en haug med KK som jeg ikke har hatt tid å lese, og jeg må jo lese dem før de kastes...Ergo må de leses før jeg kan rydde :P Denne gangen fant jeg ei oppskrift på champagnefromasj som så spennende ut. Fant ut at med brownies som utgangspunkt MÅ det bli bra. Pyntet med granateple(som jeg fant på 3. butikken...). Legg gelatinen i bløt i rikelig kaldt vann i 5 minutter. Pisk egg og sukker luftig med en stavmikser. Bland forsiktig lime og champagne i. Smelt gelatinen i et vannbad. Hell den deretter langsomt over champagnemassen. Sett den i kjøleskapet, og la fromasjen stivne litt. Ble ikke utseendemessig like fin som originalen da, men mye pga at mesteparten av geleèn rant gjennom forma....*plystrer ut i rommet*, hihihi. MEN den ble veldig god, og det er jo også viktig! Denne kaka er ganske omfattende, men mye kan lages på forhånd og fryses. Browniesbunn(med smelta sjokolade, mmm), limefromasje(så frisk og god!), bringebærkjerne, dekorkant og gele. Det er den første kaka jeg har brukt overheadark og tape til, hehe! Overheadark er forøvrig også lurt å bruke når man baker ostekake, så slipper man å skjære rundt forma når den er ferdig. Bruk 3 ark og legg rundt kanten på forma slik at det overlapper før du presser ned kjeksmassen og det andre, eller i dette tilfellet browniesbunn og dekorkant :)<br />
